Who Feels More Embarrassment? Fox Sports Net or George Foreman? by Sue TL Fox

Tonight, September 17, 2000, at the Cobo Arena, in Detroit,   Freeda Foreman took on her second opponent, Aicheria Bell. According to Fox Sports Net, Bell is a 0-3 fighter, losing two of her previous bouts by being stopped.  Bell is out of  Wisconsin.

Foreman’s first opponent, Laquanda Landers…you guessed it…. is out of Wisconsin—-at least both of her opponents thus far hold Federal ID cards out of Wisconsin.

I couldn’t help notice that it was the same guy working the corner of both Wisconsin opponents for Foreman’s fights.  This guy is a VERY busy man digging up fighters out of the “tomato cans” express.

Fighters without one win under their belt get air time..again…..

ELGIN, ILL (Dec.10) Tonight on Fox Sports Net, the Freeda Foreman vs. Rachel Pembleton fight was televised. Scheduled to be a four-rounder, the fight ended in a TKO in the second round after Pembleton had had enough.   Foreman has improved tremendously since her last fight against Laquanda Landers.

It is amazing and disappointing that Fox Sports Net continues to have fighters as Aicheria Bell (0-3), Laquanda Landers (0-1), and Rachel Pembleton (0-1) fight on their televised sports programs.

ALL OF THESE FIGHTERS have federal Id’s out of Wisconsin—All of these fighters have losing records.

WBAN would encourage any of these fighters to contact WBAN and tell their story, give their bio, show where they train, and with whom, how long they have trained, and who do they spar……

WBAN will be happy to volunteer to help Fox Sports Net showcase experienced women boxers—fighters that have amateur experience—–and/or fighters who have wins on their records. WBAN will do this without a fee.

(Note: The records of each fighter displayed at the top of the page were the records of those fighters coming into the fight. All fighters lost to Foreman, bringing them an additional loss to that figure. If any of these fighters have any wins, WBAN welcomes those records….)
