Marty Robert Wynn, born September 27, 1971, is an American entrepreneur, founder of the pioneering sports and entertainment company, Raging Promotions Inc, and creator of the social media boxing Internet Pay-Per-View Network, Raging TV.

Marty Wynn is the second oldest brother of three siblings, son of James Wynn, a hard-working blue-collar worker and Shirley Wynn, a Washington, DC Accountant. Marty is no stranger to working hard.  As a native of Washington, DC, Wynn graduated from high school and decided to focus his life on working towards entrepreneurship.

In 1998 Wynn opened his first business in the hair industry. He opened 3 other Salons & Barbershops over the next few years.

In April 1999 Wynn met Women’s five-time World Boxing Champion and International Women’s Hall of Fame Boxing Inductee, Isra Girgrah Wynn (a.k.a “The Raging Beauty”) at a Washington, DC sporting event. They dated for three years, and then married on March 18, 2002 in Maryland. They have five children, including four girls and one son.

Being mentored by boxing’s greatest promoter, Don King, Marty Wynn capitalized on that knowledge in July 2003, showcasing their sports and entertainment & management company, Raging Promotions Inc.

The company promoted over 20 fight cards in the DC, MD, DE and NJ area between 2003 and 2005. Some of their World Class talent included professional boxers Mike Tyson, Laila Ali, Mark Johnson, Sharmba Mitchell, Terrence Crawford, Lamont Peterson, and more.

In 2005, Raging Promotions Inc Promoted “Iron” Mike Tyson’s last fight with Laila Ali as the co- main event in Washington DC with a sold-out crowd of 26,000. Muhammad Ali was in attendance at this event.

In November 2010, Marty Wynn launched his umbrella Company Phase 3 Network, Inc. which included Wynn Entertainment, Wynn Hair Studio, Net stage live which includes a media production house and advertising agency.

Today, Marty Wynn has built several firms including Real Estate & Construction and Transportation and has helped assist countless others in their entrepreneur endeavors.

In 2017, the Wynn’s were awarded the key to the city in Washington, DC as well as numerous other awards. They’ve been featured in multiple publications including Success from Home magazine, JET magazine, Ebony and Black Enterprise.

On October 7, 2023, at the International Women’s Boxing Hall of Fame event that takes place at the Orleans Hotel & Casino, in Las Vegas, Nevada, Marty will be honored with the “2023 Beyond the Ropes” Special award for his continued efforts of what he has done for women’s boxing.
